New Hilton Niseko set to tackle its first Japanese ski season

Newly opened in July, the Hilton Niseko Village is building up to its first ever Japanese ski season, and already the Australian response has been positive.

A truly ski-in/ski-out property, the 506-room Hilton Niseko Village is located literally steps away from the Niseko Gondola on the South side of the Niseko Annupuri Mountain. And with the ski season stretching from November to April, there’s plenty of time to make good use of the slopes.

In Australia to promote the property, Daniel Welk, Hilton Niseko Village GM, says that he expects the Australian market to really get involved with the property.

Speaking to e-Travel Blackboard, he says, “I expect the Australian market to make up 10-15% of the market share in this first year.”
