Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos issue tourism guidebook

Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia are to issue a joint tourism guidebook promoting their famous landscapes, tourist hot spots and cultural attractions.

About 30 sightseeing highlights for each country will be listed in the 40-page book.

According to Ribah, this positive trend "will be clear starting with the next autumn season, from September until the end of the year."

”Vietnam-Lao-Cambodia, three countries-one destination” is the theme of an international tourism exhibition to be held in Ho Chi Minh City from Oct. 5-7.

According to the Organising Board, around 140 enterprises will showcase their products at the exhibition, representing a yearly increase of 40 percent.

The exhibition, which is expected to draw 120 tourism businesses from 21 countries and territories worldwide, will offer opportunities for Vietnamese tourism companies to boost cooperation with international travel agencies. (VNA)
